Better late than never, eh kids?!
Last year I went to Iceland Airwaves in Reykjavik. I also learned how to spell Reykjavik correctly. Both of these things really happened and I can’t decide which I’m more happy about.
Alright, I’m slightly more excited that I saw the otherworldly beauty of Iceland. It was windy and it looked like we were on the moon (yeah, I’ve been there too so I can totally make that comparison…).
Every year I go to the USA to see friends and family and generally have a whale of a time. These trips are some of life’s biggest blessings. As I write this I am sitting on the sofa of one of the finest dudes I know, staying with him and his wife and cats in Dallas, Texas. We’re off to the zoo today but before that happens here are the pictures taken on a road trip that we took from Dallas to Joplin, Missouri and Siloam Arkansas. The good times are truly rolling.
Dallas is extremely hot at the moment. Apparently it has been much hotter here this summer, but I just came from the coolest summer in 18 years and needed to bask in the glorious heat…

Got to hang out with Cooper, who is currently kicking cancer’s ass and generally being the raddest dude in Joplin town.
Also got to see Mark of 9Art Photo fame. I consider myself very fortunate to know these people.
And now for the Cougars…
